Rotate through:

Dumbbell Snatch x 3 each arm (as heavy as possible)

Dumbbell Walking Lunge x 16 steps

Ring Dips x 3-8 reps

Back Extension x 8-12 reps

Workout of the Day:

Tabata Style: (8 x :20 work/:10 rest)

Sled Push

Dumbbell Hang Power Clean

Airdyne

Box Jumps
