10 Thrusters

200 meter Row or .2 mile Airdyne

rest 6 minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of:

10 Lunge Steps with Med Ball Overhead

10 Med Ball Sit Ups

10 Push Ups or Ring Dips
