Ladies! The upcoming Sunday, February 14th we will be having a ladies only Valentine’s Day Celebration. Come kick the day off with a workout and post workout drinks and brunch. The event starts at 1030am. More details will come soon. (Guys, Open Gym that day will be from 930am-1030am)

Strength/Skill:

5 Rounds of:

a. Deadlift x 8 reps

b. Ring Push Ups x 6-10 reps

Workout of the Day:

With a team of three rotate through for 18 minutes:

Person 1: Row 250/200 meters

Person 2: Max Burpee Pull Ups or Max Rounds 3 Ring Rows/3 Burpees

Person 3: Rest
