4 sets of: 2 Push Press + 3 Push Jerk
Workout of the Day:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
Deadlift x 1 rep
Hang Power Clean x 1 rep
Front Squat x 1 rep
Push Press x 1 rep
* Complete 5 burpees every time you put the bar down *
