With a partner rotate through for 20 minutes:
Partner 1: Row 300 meters or Airdyne .4 miles
Partner 2: Complete as many rounds as possible of:
50 ft Burpee Broad Jump
50 ft Walking Lunge
5 x Shuttle Run
