Strength/Skill:

Work through for 15 minutes with a focus on quality of movement:

Dumbbell Floor Press x 15 reps

Single Arm Row x 8 each arm

Reverse Snow Angel x 10-15 reps

Waiter Walk x 50 ft each arm

L-Sit x 10-30 seconds

Workout of the Day:

With a partner rotate through for 20 minutes:

Partner 1: Row 300 meters or Airdyne .4 miles

Partner 2: Complete as many rounds as possible of:

50 ft Burpee Broad Jump

50 ft Walking Lunge

5 x Shuttle Run

(Always switch when the row/airdyne is complete and pick up wherever your partner left off)
