Build to a heavy complex of 1 High Hang Clean + 1 Below Knee Clean

then 2 sets for Max Reps Hang Power Cleans at approximately 50% of One Rep Max

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 Pull Ups

10 Burpees

10 Kettlebell Swings
