Heavy Sandbag Cleans x 3-5 reps

Double Unders x 40 reps or as many as possible in 30 seconds

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)

10 Ring Dips or Push Ups
