Remember, there are only two classes today at 1130am and 6pm! 

Strength/Skill:

Rotate through:

Single Leg Deadlift x 8 each leg

Broad Jumps x 5 reps for max distance

Elbow Side Plank x 30 seconds each side

Workout of the Day:

With a team of four complete as many rotations as possible in 24 minutes of:

Partner 1: Row 250 meters or Airdyne .3 miles

Partner 2: Max Devils Press

Partner 3: Max Weighted SIt Ups

Partner 4: Rest
