Partner Two:  Complete as many Overhead Squats as possible

Partner Three: Rest

Rotate for twelve minutes with a team of three:

Partner One: Airdyne 15/10 calories

Partner Two: Complete as many Toes to Bar as possible

Partner Three: Rest
